Your goods will undergo an extensive inspection and be safely packaged prior to being sent out. We ship to thousands of customers every day across multiple countries. Note: Orders with more than one product are assigned a specific processing time, dependent on the particular product.

Prior to shipping, we will examine thoroughly the items you have ordered. Most orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time is between 3 and 7 working days.

Returns

We are not able to manage the stock in our warehouse or factory. The actual levels of stock can change at any point. Be aware that it's possible that your order could become unavailable even after you've placed your order.

The policy is for 30 days. We are unable to exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days from the date of purchase.

In order to be eligible for a return the item must be in good condition and in the same state that you received it in. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
