The meal planning dashboards are the perfect way to customize your weekly plan. It’s meant to be used with our classic fitness planners or fitness notes and easily snaps into the planner discs.
Each dry-erase board is double-sided and features four different sections:
- Meal Planner: Meal planner section for each day of the week.
- Grocery List: Spaces for fruits and veggies, baked goods, dairy, meats, snacks and miscellaneous.
- Plan on It: Monday through Sunday sections plus an area to keep notes.
